Deanna N. Yates has been a true advocate in the Behavioral Healthcare field since 1992. She can offer compassion, inspire hope, and teach the skills needed to overcome life challenges. She has an overwhelming love and joy for the populations she has worked with and a passion for the excellence that is required. Her knowledge base includes serving individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, and those who were dually diagnosed. Deanna has learned that working in the Behavioral Healthcare field provides opportunities to give others life-changing support, which is a great passion she embodies.

Deanna’s background ranges from a skill set as a direct care worker, manager, director, consultant, and executive director for various Behavioral Healthcare agencies throughout the state of NJ. As a Director, she played a pivotal role in making critical decisions, enhancing the quality of life for clients served, and ensuring agencies abided by state and federal regulations. Throughout her career, Deanna has had a strong desire to act in accordance with the rules and regulations set forth within the Behavioral Healthcare field. Maintaining a level of excellence by means of attention to detail in every aspect of Quality Assurance is her niche.

Deanna has a great love for the game of basketball. She has been recognized for scoring 10 three-point baskets in one game earning her top recognition in Sports Illustrated, scoring 1,000 points and being inducted into the Hall of Fame. Deanna earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with a concentration in Medical Social Work from Bloomfield College and aspires to further her education by obtaining a master’s degree in Social Work.
