Mr. Jerome Robinson is a highly skilled professional with over 28 years of experience in behavioral health and addiction management. Jerome has established non-profit agencies that continue to impact communities in the State of Delaware.

Jerome has been previously positioned as the President of Youth Education & Transition Services Inc. (YETS) and has fulfilled additional executive and management positions in prison-based treatment, residential, group home and other community-based services.

 Jerome earned an Educational Specialist Degree at Rider University and is dually licensed as a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

 Currently, he leads a team of diverse and strongly qualified addiction professionals as the Director of Substance Abuse for Creative Change Counseling Inc. (CCC). In the State of Delaware, Jerome will provide Licensed individual and group counseling through the referral process and also provides start-up substance use disorder services as requested.

If you are struggling with depression or are dealing with Autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, anxiety or self-esteem problems, we can chart a client specific course to wellness. If at home, you are dealing with issues in your marriage/partnership, Domestic Violence (verbal, physical, financial, or emotional abuse) or have suffered sexual trauma, we can work together to find safe solutions.

I graduated with a Master's Degree from Lenoir Rhyne University in 1996. Since then I have worked closely with victims of domestic violence, sexual assault as well as children within the foster system that had been abused & neglected. My foundational belief is that each person is a beautiful individual worthy of becoming their very best self.

Everyone deserves to be heard, to be cared for, and to have an advocate working with them to reach further and stand stronger. This is my job and my passion. I am a highly skilled professional with over 15 years in clinical, administrative, and supervisory experience. I have worked in Partial Care providing case management and counseling to individuals with serious and persistent mental health and addiction. I have also worked with youth, adolescents, and adults in Outpatient settings as well as serving the children system of care as an Intensive Community Therapist. In conjunction with direct care, I have also spent the last 7 years serving in managed care and supervisory roles assisting with the re-building and establishing of programs and sites. Through the years I have oversee highly skilled clinicians serving clients from varies vulnerable populations. I support and provide individualized care utilizing motivational interviewing techniques, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), and Solution focused (SFT) therapies to assist clients with achieving their individualized goals. I have a passion for serving the community and empowering individuals to recognize and embrace their strengths through mentorship. I pride myself in integrity, transparency, and advocacy as I continue to be a change agent for individuals and families within the community. My desire is to serve communities in various facets, providing hope, improving self-worth, and empowering individuals from all walks of life to have successful outcomes in their desired life goals.

Letisha Hogans, MSN, APN, PMHNP-BC is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, educator, motivational speaker and entrepreneur. After taking a leap of faith and earning an Associates Degree in nursing from Mercer County Community College (NJ), Letisha soon realized she was just at the beginning of reaching her professional focused area and continued her academic journey by attaining a Bachelor's in Nursing from Walden University (MN), in which she graduated Cum Laude then later went on to obtain a Master's with a specialty in psychiatry. Her drive for mental health and mental wellness aligns to her passion of treating and caring for individuals with severe mental health conditions. Letisha currently serves as an adjunct professor with Stockton University (NJ). Letisha is also the CEO and Founder of Evolve N Change, LLC, a private practice dedicated to inculcating education and awareness of mental health, increasing access to support and progressive initiatives specifically in African American communities.
